Event App

Please download the event app after you register, and log in using the same email address used for registration. We will not have any printed materials on-site, so please utilize the app for access to the agenda, updates from the organizers, and to network with other attendees.

Venue Information

The 2026 conference will be held at Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee, WI. A discounted room block with a room rate of $103/night is being held until June 28, 2026. Reservations received after June 28th will be provided on a space available basis at the best available rate. Any reservations not booked directly through Ingleside Hotel by calling the number below do not qualify toward any discounts.

Scholarship Information 

We are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of scholarships for the conference. These scholarships are made possible because of our generous sponsors. We are offering scholarships to cover the cost of registration only. Please visit the scholarship page for information.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation at least 30 days prior to event will result in a full refund, minus Whova and credit card processing fees.
• Cancellation between 14 and 30 days prior to event will result in a 50% refund, minus Whova and credit card processing fees.
• No refund can be offered for cancellation less than 14 days prior to event.
• To request a cancellation, send an email to ahfe@wphd.org with your ticket information.

Ticket Transfer Policy

• If you have registered and can no longer attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone within your organization up to 14 days prior to the event.
• To request a ticket transfer, send an email to ahfe@wphd.org with your ticket information, as well as the contact information for the new attendee.
• No changes can be made to your registration less than 14 days prior to event.
