When does the conference start? 

On the first day of the conference, programming will begin promptly at 9:00 am with the opening plenary. Registration will open at 8:00 am. A full schedule will be posted.

Do you offer scholarships? 

We are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of scholarships for the conference. These scholarships are made possible because of our generous sponsors. We are offering scholarships to cover the cost of registration only. To apply for a scholarship, please send an email to ahfe@wphd.org with the following information:

• Name
• Organization/Company/Affiliation
• Have you received a scholarship for this event in the past?
• A statement explaining why you require a scholarship in order to attend, and what you hope to gain from this year’s conference.

What is the refund policy?

Cancellation at least 30 days prior to event will result in a full refund, minus a $10 administration fee.

Cancellation between 14 and 30 days prior to event will result in a 50% refund, minus a $10 administration fee.

No refund can be offered for cancellation less than 14 days prior to event.

How much does registration cost?

How do I make a hotel reservation?

We will have a room block available. Information is posted on the registration page.

What is your COVID policy? 

We will follow local public health regulations and highly encourage participants to continue to follow the guidance from the CDC, which states unvaccinated individuals should continue to wear masks. Our full COVID policy can be found here.
